wow I’m surprised you made that connection! I assume you’re referring to this (http://designs.thecdexperiment.com/2010/03/design-templates.html) but I did design these in Illustrator; obviously so because they are in .ait which is Illustrator’s file format. I will admit that the first is similar to one on the site you wrote, that’s because when started I google-imaged ‘fashion model template’ or something of the sort for direction. That picture popped up so I made one like it (but not the same as you can see from the styles). No other pre-made templates had the same accentuated proportions I was looking for so from then on I styled them from model photographs, warping the proportions to fit with the first. Sorry if you don’t see this as valid.
